Andwell Health Partners in Maine seeks an experienced RN to provide skilled nursing services in patients’ homes within the Scarborough area and surrounding towns. You will develop care plans with patients and families, educate on rights, and support informed decisions within the physician’s plan of care.

Requirements include an active Maine RN license, CPR, and a driving ability with insurance. The role offers flexible scheduling, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for internal promotions.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of Maine.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and auto insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician plan of care.
• Develop and implement plans of care with measurable outcomes with patient/family.
• Educate patients and families on rights, informed decision making, and care plan.
• Assess holistic health care needs and manage pain and symptoms.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical assessments and home administration of care.
