AccentCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN Team Director in Wesley Chapel, FL. This full-time role requires a Registered Nurse with at least five years of RN experience and a minimum of two years in supervision. The position is on-site with no remote option and covers Pasco and Hernando Counties.

The role includes scheduling, payroll, and IDG-led care planning, with a salary range of $92,000–$100,000 plus mileage. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN with hospice experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience and 2+ years in supervisory role.
• CPR certification desired while employed in a clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care team with site leadership.
• Handle scheduling, payroll and administrative duties.
• Ensure assessments and reassessments are completed timely by qualified staff.
• Oversee IDG development and care plans for each patient and family.
• Collaborate with site leadership to mentor staff in patient care and documentation.
• Support Back to Bedside initiatives and staff education efforts.
• Facilitate IDG meetings and provide triage and quality calls.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and internal/external communications.
