Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Team Director in Plantation, FL. Requires 3+ years RN experience and at least 2 years in a Nursing Supervisor role. Bilingual preferred.

Salary $90,000–$105,000, M-F 8-5 with occasional on-call. Join a purpose-driven team that emphasizes compassionate patient care and collaborative leadership. Must be licensed to drive and capable of traveling to multiple sites within the program.

Qualifications

• Three+ years RN experience
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Bilingual preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members in collaboration with site leadership
• Schedule, payroll, and other administrative duties
• Ensure initial assessments and required reassessments are completed within required time frames
• Oversee development and review of the interdisciPlinary plan of care for each patient and family
• Mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity and documentation
• Support staff education efforts and IDG meetings
• Participate in quality improvement activities and data collection
