Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a full-time Hospice RN Team Director in Miami, FL. You will lead the hospice care team, supervise scheduling and documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. 5+ years RN experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role are required. Bilingual preferred. Salary $85,000-$95,000; schedule Mon-Fri with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years RN experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• CPR certification maintained in clinical role (preferred).
• Must be licensed driver able to travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members with program site leadership.
• Handle scheduling, payroll and other administrative duties.
• Ensure initial assessments and reassessments are completed timely by qualified staff.
• Oversee IDG development and review of care plans for patients and families.
• Collaborate with site leaders to mentor staff on patient care and documentation.
• Support Back to Bedside efforts and reinforce Case Management skills.
• Facilitate IDG meetings and provide ongoing IDG support and triage calls.
• Participate in or lead quality improvement activities and data collection.
• Promote clear internal and external communications.
