Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Team Director in Plantation, FL. The role requires 3+ years of RN experience with at least 2 years in supervision.

This full-time, on-site position offers a salary range of $90,000–$105,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional on-call responsibilities. The candidate should be a licensed driver, CPR certified (preferred), and willing to meet state requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' RN hospice/home health/related nursing experience
• Minimum 2 years in a Nursing Supervisor/leadership role
• Bilingual preferred (not required)
• Valid CPR certification (preferred)
• Licensed driver able to travel to all locations
• Meet state regulations where services are provided

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members in collaboration with site leadership
• Schedule, payroll and other administrative duties
• Ensure initial assessments and timely reassessments by qualified team members
• Oversee Interdisciplinary Group development and implementation of care plans
• Mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation
• Lead Back to Bedside and IDG initiatives and staff education
• Facilitate IDG meetings and provide triage and call support
• Participate in quality improvement activities and communications
