Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family nursing care per plan of care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and attending physician.
• Visually assess and reassess patient needs and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
