Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide in-home hospice care across Texas. You will assess patients, coordinate care with families, and empower caregivers to participate in care decisions while collaborating with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity.

Qualities include a valid Texas RN license, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), current CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state you work (Texas).
• Two years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• CPR and BCLS certification current.
