Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home-based settings. You will coordinate services, support patients and families, and ensure quality of life as part of a collaborative care team.

Requirements include an RN license, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification. Compassus offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

RN license in the state you work
Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
Current driver’s license
Current CPR and BCLS certification
