Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home and community-based care. You will collaborate with care teams to support patients and families, enabling quality time and comfort.

Requirements include RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and a valid driver’s license, CPR/BCLS certification. Compassus offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.
