Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients in home-based care. You will build compassionate relationships with patients and families, empower caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), current CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.
