Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our patient-centered team in Round Rock, TX. You will assess needs, coordinate care, and help families spend meaningful time together.

We value compassionate, collaborative care and provide ongoing training, competitive compensation, and robust benefits. Requirements include an active RN license in Texas, CPR/BCLS, and hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
