Compassus in Texas is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home care and coordinate patient services.

You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity.

Experience: RN license, hospice preferred; requires driver's license and CPR/BCLS; comprehensive onboarding and benefits included.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
