Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (Per Diem) to provide compassionate, state-of-the-art care to terminally ill patients and their families in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

The role requires an active RN license, accredited nursing education, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with hospice experience preferred. Willingness to travel and participate in weekend, evening, and holiday calls is expected to support the hospice program.

• Completed nursing education from an accredited institution.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Annual 12 hours of continuing education and CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel and participate in weekend, evening, and holiday calls.
