Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend per diem coverage. You will apply nursing theories to patient care, document care for reimbursement, and coordinate with patients, families, and the hospice team.

You will participate in IDT meetings, maintain CPR certification, and adapt to weekend/holiday call assignments, traveling as needed in a hospice setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the practice state.
• Two years of clinical experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care frameworks.
• Familiarity with nursing practice acts, agency policies, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Complete 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to travel and accept weekend, evening, or holiday call assignments.
