Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for terminally ill patients and support for their families at the end of life.

The role emphasizes coordination with the hospice team, documentation, and adherence to reimbursement guidelines, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and quality reviews. Flexibility to travel within the service area and to work weekends, evenings and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the practice state and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least one year in hospice preferred.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care frameworks, nursing practice act, policies, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Annual continuing education (12 hours), CPR certification, and flexibility to travel, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
