DayToDay Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients facing terminal illness. This full-time weekend position emphasizes dignity, pain management, and accurate documentation aligned with reimbursement guidelines, coordinating care with patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team.

The role requires current RN licensure, at least two years of clinical nursing experience (hospice preferred), knowledge of home health and hospice

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care operations, nursing practices, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Commitment to ongoing education (minimum 12 hours annually).
• CPR certification and flexibility for travel, weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
