The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Hospice Area Sales Manager to lead field sales in Memphis and Eastern Arkansas. You will guide hospice community liaisons, coach the sales team, and drive census growth while partnering with local operations to execute market strategies.

The role demands hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of hospice service sales, and the ability to allocate time in markets to support teams, accounts, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hospice sales leadership experience required.
• Minimum 4 years healthcare sales / community liaison experience; hospice/home health preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience required.
• Understanding of hospice regulations.
• Proven success growing local census.
• Strong local market knowledge preferred.
• Stable work history with verifiable performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field sales activity for hospice community liaisons across the assigned markets.
• Coach, train and support sales staff around target accounts, referral activity and census growth.
• Track sales activity, visit frequency, referral trends and KPIs.
• Partner with operations and regional leadership on sales strategy and market execution.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new liaison/sales positions.
• Monitor market trends and referral-source opportunities.
