Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Memphis seeks an experienced Hospice Area Sales Manager to lead hospice community liaison teams across Memphis and Eastern Arkansas, driving census growth and sales performance. Qualifications

Hospice sales leadership experience required.
Minimum 4 years of healthcare sales / community liaison experience preferred; hospice or home health experience required.
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience required.
Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations.
Proven success growing local or regional patient census.
Ability to manage field sales accountability, sales metrics and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field sales activity for hospice community liaisons across the assigned markets.
Coach, train and support sales staff around target accounts, referral activity, account management and census growth.
Track sales activity, visit frequency, referral trends and key performance metrics.
Partner with operations and regional sales leadership on sales strategy, market execution and program growth.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding and developing new or growth-related liaison / sales positions.
Monitor market trends, competition and referral-source opportunities.
