Agape Care Group seeks a Hospice Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between our hospice agency and local healthcare providers, helping patients access high-quality hospice services.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners, and requires experience in healthcare sales or referral development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Strong understanding of hospice services and patient eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and communication with care teams.
