Agape Care Group is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between our hospice agency and local healthcare providers, helping patients access compassionate end-of-life care. You will build trusted relationships and generate referrals within assigned territories.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare sales, hospice, home health, or clinical referral development, and are prepared to work in a field-based role with travel to partner organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
• Associate degree required; RN or LPN license strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and field-based daily interaction with providers.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and eligibility.
• Coordinate with clinical teams for seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
