Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated relationship manager to act as the primary liaison with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and health systems. You will drive referral growth by raising awareness of Enhabit services and guiding post-acute care transitions to support patient outcomes.

The role requires at least two years in healthcare business development or sales, plus strong communication, presentation, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Graduate of nursing, therapy, or social work is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• If clinical, must hold a clinical license per state rules.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or related services is preferred.
• Experience with electronic referral systems and Homecare Homebase is a plus.
• Established relationships with physicians, hospitals or senior living communities are a plus.
