Job summary
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referral growth and improve patient outcomes.
Advanced communication and presentation skills are essential, along with healthcare industry knowledge and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or graduate of nursing, therapy or social work.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
- Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other providers).
- Grow referrals by educating stakeholders about Enhabit services and program requirements for post-acute care transitions.
- Support patient outcomes and satisfaction through effective care transitions and collaboration with care teams.
