Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work grads also considered.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Understanding of Medicare-related regulations for home health and hospice.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources to grow partnerships.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support transitions from referral to post-acute care with a focus on patient outcomes.
