Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a proactive healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referrals and smooth post-acute transitions.

The role emphasizes collaboration to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall quality of care while expanding Enhabit's referral network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Minimum two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines for Medicare home health/hospice.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
• Support referral growth by educating sources about services and program requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
