Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a Hospice Consultant to drive referral growth across an assigned territory by building trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community partners. This field-based role blends strategic territory management with consultative selling, serving as a key ambassador for Affinity Hospice.

The position is full-time and involves travel within the territory, with emphasis on relationship-based marketing and education of referral sources

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive results.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and Affinity’s clinical differentiators.
• Identify, qualify, and close referral opportunities by engaging key decision-makers and overcoming objections.
• Execute daily sales activity expectations as outlined by Sales Leadership.
• Own and manage your territory using data, market insights, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of referral activity, expenses, and market intelligence.
