Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice sales or related industry experience with growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs for communications, presentations, tracking, and spreadsheets.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes territory plans to achieve growth goals.
• Expands referrals from facilities, physicians, care-at-home providers, and community agencies.
• Makes sales calls and presentations to target referral sources.
• Maintains knowledge of provider services and communicates new programs to partners.
• Partners with Intake and care teams to ensure effective referral communication.
