Caris HealthCare in the Southeast region seeks a Hospice Sales Representative to foster and expand relationships with referral sources and professional contacts to increase access to hospice care for terminally ill patients. The role supports market share goals and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field.
• Ability to demonstrate sales process in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new referral sources using corporate resources and community contacts.
• Collaborates with Regional Director, Sales & Marketing to develop territory plans to meet goals.
• Conducts a minimum of 40 sales calls and presentations weekly to generate referrals.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and prospective referrals.
• Forges relationships with nursing homes, physicians, discharge planners, hospitals and hospice team.
