Responsibilities

• Identifies new referral sources and builds long-term partnerships.
• Develops quarterly territory plans to achieve goals.
• Conducts sales calls and presentations weekly to generate referrals.
• Maintains relationships with nursing homes, hospitals and referral sources.
• Coordinates orientation for contracting entities and ensures compliance.
