Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field preferred.
• Demonstrates sales process in healthcare environment.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Effective under stress.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral sources via corporate resources and community contacts.
• Collaborate to develop and evaluate quarterly territory plans.
• Develop call plans to meet objectives; conduct 40 sales calls weekly.
• Use proven sales techniques to open, probe, present, handle objections and close.
• Maintain key accounts and build relationships with prospective accounts.
• Maintain relationships with nursing homes' admin staff, physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, and hospice team.
