Gentiva in Missouri is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC), a strategic sales role focused on building lasting relationships with referral partners in hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, clinics, and physician offices to ensure timely referrals and quality patient care.

You will lead with purpose, collaborate with clinical and operations teams, and represent Gentiva at community events, bringing heart-centered service to patients and families while achieving admissions targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs or home health professionals.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.
