Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care LLC is seeking an energetic Hospice Account Executive / Patient Care Advocate to drive referral growth in Carrollton, GA. You will build strategic partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community agencies, expanding access to hospice services and coordinating with intake and care teams to ensure quality patient care.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, quarterly territory planning, and proactive outreach to grow our referral network while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of two years hospice sales experience with a track record of growth.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills; CRM proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive measurable referral growth through strategic relationship development with physicians and hospitals.
Own territory expansion and execute targeted outreach strategies.
Develop quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve growth goals.
Meet with patients and families to discuss home care services and manage expectations.
Promote hospice programs and services to providers and community agencies.
Communicate effectively with referral sources and internal teams.
