BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an Account Executive to serve as Marketing Manager, Hospice, developing and managing relationships with referral sources in the Pennsylvania territory of Berks and Lehigh Counties. You will promote BAYADA Hospice services and drive growth in an entrepreneurial environment, with a focus on community networking and results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least two years recent sales experience in health care.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
• Ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts.

Responsabilidades

• Generate referrals for hospice services by building relationships with physicians and care facilities.
• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
• Conduct sales calls and evaluate results and effectiveness of activity.
• Support business development and establish relationships with referral sources.
