Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop interventions to improve quality scores.
• Lead development of performance improvement plans.
• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with staff on quality initiatives.
• Monitor and report quality data to leadership.
