Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile trends and report quality data in patient care, safety, risk management, infection control, outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Lead development of Performance Improvement Plans and interventions.
• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist agency in data analysis and reporting to payors and regulatory bodies.
