Agape Care Group seeks a Hospice Account Executive to build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and guide patients and families to compassionate end‑of‑life care. The role emphasizes healthcare sales, referral development, and strong community partnerships across our service areas.

The candidate will serve as the main liaison between our hospice agency and local providers, educating professionals about eligibility and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth patient

Qualifications

• Associate degree or proven work experience in a health-related field.
• 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to provider sites.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift at least 25 lbs; field-based with daily provider interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the hospice agency and local healthcare providers to improve patient access to hospice services.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
