Job summary

Continuum Care Hospice, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to lead marketing activities and build strong relationships with customers and referral sources. The role involves coordinating community events, addressing inquiries, and representing the organization at public functions to promote hospice services.

The incumbent will develop and monitor marketing initiatives, collaborate with leadership on plans, and maintain knowledge of community resources to support patient access and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Shows autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.
• Health care marketing experience, preferably hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and referral/payer sources.
• Organizes sales and marketing events in the community.
• Responds to customer requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Represents the organization at community events and fairs.
• Monitors and reports on marketing initiatives and budget utilization.
• Develops a marketing plan aligned with budget projections.
• Supports strategic planning with opportunities for expanded services.
