Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Area Market Executive to lead growth strategies across hospice programs within the assigned area. You will partner with hospice program leaders, recruit and train growth staff, and drive market penetration to fulfill Compassus's vision of compassionate care.

In this role, you will manage Book of Business development, set growth objectives, monitor metrics, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure access and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years leading growth teams preferred; MBA desirable.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of experience managing growth teams.
• At least 2 years of experience selling healthcare services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train growth team members to peak performance.
• Create and manage a Book of Business for Hospice Care Consultants.
• Define and manage monthly and annual growth objectives for all growth staff.
• Monitor growth metrics (contacts, closing, conversions) and report progress.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure access and advocacy in the community.
• Support educate and market programs to professional groups in the area.
• Ensure RN and licensed staff orientation/education requirements are met.
