Job summary

Compassus seeks a Hospice Area Market Executive to lead market growth, develop Books of Business, and drive growth strategies across hospice programs. You will partner with program leaders, recruit and train growth staff, and monitor metrics to achieve expansion goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leaders, execution of growth plans, and ensuring the development of staff while aligning with Compassus values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable.
• Experience leading growth teams in healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement growth plans and books of business.

Responsibilities

• Devotes the necessary training time to ensure growth team member’s peak performance.
• Creates and manages by a “Book of Business” for each Hospice Care Consultant.
• Defines and manages the monthly and annual growth objectives for all growth staff.
• Closely monitors growth metrics including contacts, closing, and conversions; reports progress toward goals.
• Serves as a growth resource to all team members in support of the Growth goal.
• Ensures growth fundamentals are executed to increase closing percentages.
• Assists leadership in planning and presenting educational and marketing programs.
• Works closely with Clinical Directors to advocate for access in the community.
• Monitors market movements and recruitment needs; reports issues to leadership.
• May oversee their own Book of Business and coordinate with Hospice Directors.
