Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Area Market Executive to lead growth initiatives across hospice programs within a defined market. The role partners with clinical leaders to develop Books of Business, set growth objectives, and recruit and train new growth staff.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in growing hospice services, strategic planning, and market analysis, with a focus on patient-centered care and program expansion. Strong collaboration with Medical Directors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience leading growth teams preferred.
• MBA desirable; in lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of growth-team management experience.
• Healthcare services sales experience is preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Devotes the necessary training time to ensure growth team member’s peak performance.
• Creates and manages a Book of Business for each Hospice Care Consultant.
• Defines and manages monthly and annual growth objectives for all growth staff.
• Monitors growth metrics including contacts, closing, and conversions; communicates progress toward goals.
