Pennant is seeking a Business Development Professional in Clarksville, TN to lead the Home Care sales team, train staff, and build strategic relationships with referral sources and key accounts. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals to promote hospice services.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Hires, directs, trains, and supervises the sales team at the agency level.
• Coaches employees to overcome objections and drive growth goals.
• Monitors growth and health of the sales team in defined territories.
• Maintains knowledge of community resources for education to the sales team.
• Communicates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about patients and referrals.
• Direct sales to key accounts and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Develops an agency business plan to drive revenue and performance.
• Understands revenue drivers and designs strategic sales plans for growth.
• Plans and coordinates educational events, health fairs, and community programs.
