Job summary

Serenity Hospice is seeking a driven Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Salem, OR. This field-based role focuses on developing referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Serenity Hospice as the provider of choice.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, assisting with patient intake and transition to home, building consultative relationships, and implementing marketing programs to raise awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice or healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate referrals to Hospice care based on admission criteria.
• Assist in patient intake, admissions, and transition to home processes.
• Build consultative relationships in assigned accounts via effective contacts and presentations.
• Develop and implement marketing and education programs to raise awareness of Serenity Hospice.
