Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience.
• Experience in hospice or healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral partnerships in Tigard, OR.
• Coordinate and facilitate referrals to hospice care based on admission criteria.
• Educate clients and complete patient intake processes.
• Develop marketing programs to raise awareness of Serenity Hospice.
