You will build trusted partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other healthcare professionals to connect patients with compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing or sales experience in hospice or related healthcare fields.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and territory management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Philadelphia regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other healthcare providers.
• Drive territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and outreach strategies.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice benefits, services, and eligibility criteria.
• Represent Serenity Hospice at networking events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, admissions, and leadership teams to coordinate patient transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, referral activity, and business development initiatives.
• Represent the Serenity Mission with professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness.
