Job summary

Superior Hospice in the Twin Cities is seeking a Hospice Growth Executive to build trusted relationships with hospitals, SNFs, clinics, and physicians to generate timely referrals.

You will educate partners on hospice eligibility and services, develop your own territory with support from clinical and operational leadership, and track referrals, admissions, and conversion metrics while representing the organization with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Hospice sales experience preferred or a background in medical devices, medical supplies, or post-acute sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow a territory.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, clinics, and case managers.
• Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and the benefits of early hospice conversations.
• Generate new referral opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship building.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Monitor referral activity, admissions, and conversion metrics.
• Represent Superior Hospice with professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness.
