Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Minnetonka, MN seeks a full-time Marketing/Referral Coordinator to build strong relationships with referral sources and communities, educate on hospice care, and support timely referral coordination.

You will lead sales and marketing operations, manage events and CRM activity, and help shape budgets and marketing plans to meet volume projections while ensuring high-quality patient care and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to position services to customers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations including implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
• Employ marketing initiatives to achieve budgeted sales volume projections.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payer groups, and competitors.
• Enhance communication between patient, family, caregiver, facility, physician team, and vendors.
• Educate patients and families on hospice to support informed decisions.
• Assist in establishing volume projections in the annual budget and allocate marketing resources accordingly.
• Develop a marketing plan to meet budget projections and support in territory growth.
• Coordinate and schedule marketing events, vendor fairs, and exhibits.
