Job summary

Optimal Care is seeking a Hospice Client Support Executive to promote hospice services and serves as a liaison between the organization and healthcare referral partners in Michigan. You’ll build relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior communities, and skilled nursing facilities to grow referrals and ensure patients receive needed support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Preferred: sales experience in medical field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that expand access to hospice care and grow the organization.
• Promote, educate, and market Optimal Care’s hospice services to referral partners.
• Develop meaningful partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other providers to increase referrals.
• Coordinate communication throughout the referral process and provide ongoing value to partners.
