Job summary

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to drive market growth by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, securing referrals, and expanding the book of business in Ohio.

The HCC will own the sales cycle from discovery to admission, demonstrate empathy with patients and families, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and ensure rapid admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during sensitive times.
