Job summary

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus in Ohio is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to promote the Compassus philosophy and grow admissions by building strong relationships with healthcare providers. The role focuses on identifying eligible patients and ensuring timely, appropriate admissions.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of sales success, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of the healthcare sector, with a compassionate approach to patients and families and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals, with the ability to find and grow new accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills that drive continued growth in long-standing accounts.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred, but top-performing sales professionals who understand and accept the challenges of hospice care are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and expand existing ones to grow market share.
• Secure referrals from physicians and healthcare staff to expedite admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources through consultative sales.
• Provide clinical training to referral partners to help improve understanding of hospice care.
