Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to grow our market share by building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare staff, and administrators. The HCC identifies eligible patients, secures referrals, and partners with operations to ensure rapid, appropriate admissions while meeting weekly growth goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations to ensure clinically eligible patients are admitted.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate and manage trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care.
