Job summary

Elara Caring in Texas is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to drive admissions and grow patient census in a defined territory. This outside sales role focuses on sales, growth, and marketing of in-home care programs to physicians, hospitals, and families.

You will collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals to connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care with eligible patients and their families. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and travel with a reliable vehicle is required.

• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of how the referral source decides and understands who the decision makers are.
• Skilled in problem solving, providing solutions to meet patient and business needs.
• Demonstrates adaptability and ability to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels.
